Skywatcher Technologies — UAP Detection Platform
View in TerminalWhat Is Skywatcher?
Skywatcher Technologies is a multi-sensor fusion platform for UAP detection, documentation, and classification, co-founded in 2025 by Jake Barber (USAF veteran, intelligence contractor) and James Fowler (technologist). It is currently the most advanced private UAP sensor network in active field operation.
Sensor Suite
- High-zoom electro-optical cameras (daylight and night vision)
- Mid-wave and short-wave infrared (MWIR/SWIR) thermal imagers
- Mobile radar units including helicopter-mounted systems
- Passive RF spectrum analysis arrays
- AI-driven multi-sensor fusion and real-time correlation engine
- Synchronized timestamping protocols for cross-sensor verification
The Dog Whistle Protocol
In August 2024, Skywatcher ran a field experiment in which James Hodgkins — a psionic asset — attempted intentional UAP summoning using a defined protocol. The multi-sensor array recorded what appeared to be an aerial engagement between two unknown craft within minutes of initiation: dogfight-style maneuvering at speeds inconsistent with any known aircraft, captured simultaneously on visual, thermal, and radar. Independent verification is ongoing.
9 Documented UAP Classes
From 15+ field encounters since 2024, Skywatcher has catalogued nine distinct UAP morphology classes:
- Sphere (luminous and matte varieties)
- Egg / Ovoid
- Disc (flat, rotating and stationary)
- Triangle / Pyramid
- Elongated Cigar
- Morphing / Shape-shifting
- Plasma Filament (pure energy, no solid structure)
- Transmedium (observed air-to-water transit)
- Unknown (does not match any existing class)
Government Engagement
AARO confirmed it is assessing Barber's claims and data. Skywatcher has conducted sensor demonstrations for AARO leadership and briefed congressional staff. Nine UAP classes have been formally logged with federal agencies.
"We're not chasing UFOs. We're building the infrastructure to prove they exist." — Jake Barber
