Who Is Jake Barber?

Jake Barber is a U.S. Air Force veteran, intelligence contractor, and helicopter pilot who publicly disclosed his claimed involvement in classified UAP retrieval operations in January 2025 through a 3+ hour interview with Jesse Michels on American Alchemy. He has since provided classified testimony to congressional staff and co-founded Skywatcher Technologies.

The Double-Agent Origin

Barber claims his entry into the UAP world began as a government informant — recruited to infiltrate the UFO whistleblower community and identify who was leaking classified information. What he witnessed during his classified access convinced him to become a whistleblower himself instead.

Craft #1 — The Egg

Inside a classified hangar at a restricted test range, Barber witnessed a pearl-white, egg-shaped craft approximately 20 feet long:

• Levitated silently off the hangar floor with no visible propulsion
• Emitted a deep, resonant hum — felt more than heard
• Did not fly away — it simply ceased to be present in the room
• No heat signature, no exhaust, no sound of departure

Craft #2 — The Octagonal Disc

Barber participated in the recovery of a dark, octagonal disc. On approach:
